Meet Dr. Donna Tran

Dr. Donna Tran is a board-certified dermatologist, specializing in advanced medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, with expertise in skin cancer. Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Tran received her medical degree from the University of North Texas. She then completed her medicine internship in Farmington Hills, Michigan and subsequently moved to Orange County, California where she received her dermatology training at the Western University of Health Sciences. In her final year, she was elected to serve as chief resident.

Dr. Tran has received extensive training in the latest cutting-edge procedures and is committed to providing the utmost dermatologic care to her patients. She has co-authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and attends conferences to stay informed of the latest in dermatology. Dr. Tran enjoys working with patients of all ages as well as volunteering her time for medical mission work. To date, she has traveled to impoverished areas of Guatemala, Dominican Republic, and Peru providing dermatologic as well as medical care.

Dr. Tran is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Orange County Dermatologic Society. In her free time, Dr. Tran enjoys spending time with friends and her dog. Dr. Tran also enjoys staying active, especially hiking and playing pickleball.
